Vinification: Co-fermentación de sangrías de cada varietal que entra en la bodega con levaduras indígenas en un tanque de inox a bajas temperaturas, durante 25 días, para luego tener una crianza de 6 meses en mismo tanque.
Tasting Notes:
Salmon color, with onion skin hues. On the nose we find a complex profile, in which at first we can highlight aromas of white and pink flowers, which over time in the glass also appear notes of stone fruits such as apricots and white peaches. On the palate it has a refreshing and long step that invites you to continue trying it with its freshness and complexity.
