This Sauvignon, a typical Loire Valley wine with golden and silver reflections, is a bomb in the mouth. Notes of lychees, fresh exotic fruits and limes invade our mouths from the first sip. It is the the delicate side of the mineral and floral touch that won us over. It is its way of being coated with a lot of freshness, and its important aromatic palette that this wine seduce us.

MOUTH : Delicate, tender, hyancinth overtones, jazmin overtones, structured body, good intensity, long length.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE : Between 8° and 10°.
