  A deep cherry-red color with garnet highlights. The nose is intense, revealing layers of black fruit, licorice, subtle toasted notes, vanilla, spices, and hints of minerals and balsamic nuances. It boasts a lively acidity, perfectly balanced between fruit and oak, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish.

• Aging
• Aged for a minimum of 18 months in American and French oak barrels: 50% in new French oak, 30% in one-year-old French oak, and 20% in one-year-old American oak. It is then aged for at least 24 months in bottle.
