La Coulée de Serrant, the mythical wine of Nicolas Joly, a master of biodynamics! Slightly oxidative nose with notes of beeswax, apricot, toast, fresh bread that evolves into an almost candied fruit, and an almost muscat side. Aromas that are found in the mouth, but coated with a gangue of freshness and sweet bitterness, like a fruit ice cube. The substance is round, supple, with a real character that asserts itself in a particularly intense and ample, almost telluric finish.
