The Mezcal from Casamigos is crafted from 100% Espadín, using the traditional method in earthen pits. Following cooling, the agave is crushed using a horse-drawn wheel and fermented for up to a week, depending on the season. The result? Fantastic smoke and black-pepper notes, and a gloriously smooth finish.
